What does Pro actually unlock?

Two things on top of the free buyer report. First, unlimited reports a month rather than five. Second, the live UK government data layer: DVLA Vehicle Enquiry (returns make, model, fuel, engine size, current tax and MOT status from the registration plate) and DVSA MOT History (the full mileage timeline plus past advisories, cross-checked against the seller's claim).

How do I cancel?

From the app menu, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation is immediate and Stripe prorates the unused days. We do not bill you again after cancellation.

Is this a single check or a subscription?

Subscription. Pro is £15 per month, no annual lock-in, cancel any time. A one-off £5 single-check tier is on our roadmap; we'll add it once we know it makes sense for the way buyers actually use the tool. For now, free covers casual checks (5 a month) and Pro covers active searching.

What payment methods do you take?

Cards via Stripe. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay in the UK. Your card details never touch our servers; Stripe holds them under PCI DSS.

Does the free tier still work after I cancel Pro?

Yes. After cancellation you drop back to five free reports a month. Your account is not deleted.

Can a dealer or trade buyer use this?

Yes, but Pro is a single-user subscription. If you're a small independent BMW specialist or a trade buyer interested in a multi-seat or unlimited dealer plan, email [email protected] and we'll work something out.
